Myler Family Home for New England Home & Lifestyle Magazine

What a pleasure to meet and photograph the Myler family and their amazing home in Inverell NSW. This was a home and lifestyle story for the Autumn 2016 issue of New England Home & Lifestyle magazine.

The scenic views from this home are breathtaking. You can see exactly why Ron & Teena Myler chose this spot. The design of the home lends itself perfectly to take in the views from almost every room. Natural light filled the living areas making it easy to capture the open, airy feeling this home has to offer. Local builders Danbuilt have created an amazing home for the Myler family to comfortably enjoy every Australian country season.

Ron & Teena also run the local bakery, MacIntyre Hot Bread Shop, which is well worth a visit while you're in town. Just try to resist their freshly baked goodies, and if you can, then at least try their delicious coffee or a fresh loaf of bread. You'll find them at 20 Lawrence St, Inverell.

The Hexadome House

Finding a 'visually interesting' house in a rural area can be somewhat of a challenge. However, I was fortunate enough to mention what I was looking for to the best person at the best time and this is what appeared. A hexadome house. Not only was the shape of the house intriguing, with its many angled walls and timber featured ceiling, it also included the most amazing furniture, which looked like it was made to fit. The styling and colour combinations are a credit to the owners, as it all offsets this unique home perfectly!
